[JSP] The taglib directive below imports the JSTL library

The taglib directive below imports the JSTL library. If you uncomment it,
you must also add the JSTL library to the project. The Add Library... action
on Libraries node in Projects view can be used to add the JSTL 1.1 library.
넷빈즈에서 jsp파일 생성하면 친절하게 써있는 글.
좀 읽으면 될것을 괜히 더 해맬뻔했다. 아.. 영어울렁증...
